Well, My Thought Process fans, we did it! We achieved a historic 5 votes, with fellow former GDHS attendee Lori Howe-Ronald weighing in on the future of my facial hair. And we still have about 15-16 hours for another vote to come in. Still...FIVE...5 VOTES!
(I can't refer to both Lori and I as fellow GDHS graduates since I actually graduated from West Elgin Secondary School. Wait, can I refer to us as Ekcoe Central School alumni?)
As they say on This Week in Baseball, how 'bout that?
Wow! Twice I types GDLS-C instead of GDHS until I caught myself. Now there's a title for an autobiography "From GDHS to GDLS".
So, as expected, I didn't get a whole lot accomplished today. I went into London with my Dad so he could check out tablesaws. I picked up Zombieland and watched it this afternoon. I really enjoyed it. It's definitely not something you want to watch over Sunday dinner (too much blood and guts) but it's funny and fun and there's quite a bit of heart to it when you're not looking.
My Dad and I are watching the Bud Shootout as I type this. Tony Stewart had just passed Carl Edwards (who is the Guest Host for Raw on Monday... Hey, if Stewart - or anyone else - wins, does he get to host Raw?) when there was a caution when Michael Waltrip spun out.
Hmm...I just realized that I have to come up with another poll topic for tomorrow? Any suggestions?
