I Walked the Talk

Hey gang!

I took the day off yesterday because we were setting up for Walk the Talk and I didn't get home until 6:30, then had to be in for 5:15 am (up at 4:40 am). Needless to say, I didn't do much save come home, have a hot bath, read some Coupland and went to bed.

The 4:40 am wakeup call wasn't great, but I managed to make it through the day and came home. I'm sitting in front of "The Deep End" the new legal drama. It's an interesting show, with just enough wry humour to off-set some of the more dramatic storylines. Although actually the storylines are interesting as well. I find I like shows that have self-contained stories, but also have a thread of plot that continues from show to show. (The Office is like that.)

Yay! V is returning March 30th.

And hey, they're remaking Best Little Whorehouse in Texas:

And speaking of things you can find on the Internet, check out Google Maps Street View for 161 Delatre Street (West, not East) in Thamesford, Ontario. It's my house...only before it was my house.

Okay, Office, 30 Rock and TNA Impact...or whatever they're calling it now. I suppose I really should hit the sack early. I find the lack of sleep usually hits the NEXT day. I wasn't too bad despite the long day and hearing the same presentation six times in one day. During the 9:00 session, I felt myself blinking a lot. (In other words, the eyelids were getting heavy.)

And hey, I found out "My Thought Process" has another regular reader in Tricia Dales, wife of fellow GDLS-C "Boyz Club" Member James/Jim/Jimmy/Jebodiah/JSD from CSC Dales.

(heheheheheh! He said "member"! Sorry...some boys club humour there!)
